Conor Sheahan
Conor is a dealmaker at heart, dogged to the point of what's reasonable and gets creative when it comes to how a client reaches the finish line.
Conor founded CKS in January 2009 having trained in BDO and IBI Corporate Finance.
Aisling O'Sullivan
Aisling joined CKS back in 2012 and since then she has gained a broad knowledge of all aspects of debt advisory.
With over 10 years of hands-on experience, Aisling is focused and motivated to get the desired result for clients. She is steadfast, detail-oriented and diligent in her approach. She ensures the smooth management of transactions from negotiation through to completion.
Gavin Pitcher
Gavin leads the Corporate Finance and Tech advisory business. He has been doing creative deals from billion dollar loan books to seed funding rounds for over 10 years. He has big 4 experience in corporate finance and restructuring having also independently consulted on enterprise start-up supports.
Gavin has a thoughtful style and a deep interest in all aspects of finance and deal-making.
Sinead Walsh
Sinead started with CKS in 2018 and since then has developed and grown to become an indispensable member of the team. Her background is in accounts management and she brings an excellent level of attention to detail and focused analysis to every case.
Her style is focused and detail-driven and she offers a steady hand in every transaction.
David Regan
David joined corporate finance in CKS in December 2019 having spent a number of years working in tax and management consulting.
He has worked with a wide variety of clients across a range of industries.
Peter Ryan
Peter has 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry in the areas of Business Banking, Capital Markets, Property Finance, Corporate and Property Restructuring, Asset Management and more recently Commercial Lending.
Peter brings a wealth of experience to CKS, approaching every task professionally and with an excellent level of attention to detail. He is a skilled negotiator and enjoys working with clients to enable them achieve their strategic financial objectives. Peter was instrumental in establishing and successfully running a Commercial Lending business for over 4 years before joining CKS.
Becky Gordon
Becky joined the corporate finance team in May 2021. Having trained in PwC’s assurance practice, she has broad experience in auditing multinational and Irish companies across multiple industries with a focus on technology and pharmaceuticals.
As a chartered accountant, she is number and detail oriented which she will bring to all transactions she is a part of.
Manan Ahuja
Manan joined the CKS team in November 2022.
He has recently completed a Masters in Finance from University College Dublin.
Prior to his experience in CKS Finance He worked at a financial advisory firm in India and has 2+ years of experience of working on deals. He has also worked on a number of sector agnostic, early-stage to mid-stage fundraising deals
Manan is detail oriented and works across various stages during fundraising and M&A lifecycle.
Conor Martin
Conor joined CKS Finance in June 2022 and leads the SME & Private Business division of CKS Corporate Finance. Conor has over 10 years financial services experience working in all aspects of corporate finance engagements including: Mergers, acquisitions and sales, Debt & equity fundraising, Corporate structuring, Business valuations, Vendor & purchaser due diligence, Independent business reviews and Investment appraisals
In his 4 years prior to joining CKS he successfully managed the closing of over 50 M&A transactions in the following sectors – Healthcare, Financial Services, Insurance, Engineering, Retail, Construction, Distribution, Haulage, Renewables, and the Hospitality Sector.
